GRATITUDE • RECOVERY • MOVING FORWARD

Moving Forward After the
Gold Mountain Fire

The Gold Mountain Fire forced the Bachelor Syracuse Mine Tour to
temporarily close, caused property damage, and significantly affected
our business during one of the most important parts of our season.
It has been a difficult time, but we are incredibly grateful that the
mine was protected and that we are able to move forward.

From the Bottom of Our Hearts, Thank You

We sincerely appreciate the firefighters, first responders, emergency
crews, law enforcement officers, local businesses, residents, and
everyone who reached out or offered support. Your kindness has meant
more to us than we can express.

As we clean up and recover, one of the best ways to support us is simply
to come visit. Book a tour, stop by the mine, and experience an important
piece of Ouray’s mining history. Every visitor helps our locally owned
business rebuild and continue sharing the Bachelor Syracuse Mine for
generations to come.

WE’RE OPEN!
